Treasure Box is a solution for anyone and everyone, providing nutritious high-quality food for up to 65% off grocery store prices.
Treasure Box puts together $65-$100 worth of popular grocery store food items (from over 500 vendors) in a box, designed to feed a family of 4 for about a week, or an individual for almost a month.
Each box contains 21-25 pounds of high-quality frozen foods, including 10-12 pounds of protein (chicken, beef, pork or seafood) as well as fresh vegetables, fruits, side dishes, and desserts! These boxes are offered to everyone - regardless of income level, age or demographics.
There is a variety of box options to choose from: Treasure Box; Hearty Meat Protein Box; Quick and Healthy Meal Box, Kid's Box; and Seafood Box. Each box is only $32 and can be ordered in person, online at http://www.thetreasurebox.org/ or through a link on Bear Creek Church's website, http://www.bearcreekchurch.com/. There is no limit to how many boxes you may purchase.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash only when ordering in-person (sorry no checks), or by Credit/Debit cards when ordering online directly thru the Treasure Box website.
Cash orders will be taken on Sundays after each of our services at 10:30 am & 12:30 pm, or by appointment during the week by emailing treasurebox@bearcreekchurch.com or calling Julie Kent at 209.329.3735. You do not have to be a member of Bear Creek Church to take advantage of this great way to shop for nutritious, high-quality food.
Delivery Day is typically the last Saturday of the month. Your Treasure Boxes will be available to be picked-up at Bear Creek Church between 12pm and 1:30pm. If you are unable to pick up your order, you can arrange for someone else to do so providing they have your purchase receipt. Due to perishables and storage limitations Bear Creek Church cannot store or deliver your boxes.
When you pick up your Treasure Boxes, be prepared to be met by our treasure box team ready to serve you by loading your boxes into your vehicle, taking your order for next months treasure box and sending you on your way with a prayer.
