Praise God! My cousin Rebekah had pretty major surgery on her foot on Friday. Everything went well and the physical therapist released her today to go home. A day earlier than originally expected. Yay! We went up to Shriner's Hospital in Sacramento on Saturday to visit her and she was in great spirits. The splint that covered her poor little foot went up her calf, nearly to her knee. Luckily for her she wasn't forced to wear the high-fashion gown that hospitals feel necassary to make everyone wear.
Justice was a little scared, because of the iv and the pca pump. Kayden moves around too much so even the picture turned out blury..
I hope we were a bright spot in her day. It was great to see her, no matter the circumstances.
